Cultivating a collaborative work environment

You’ll make a difference, and we’ll be by your side.

That’s the promise we make to our teachers and staff. When you sign on with Academy for Little Learners, you’ll know that children will look to you for guidance and leadership every day. And you’ll know that you have our full support every step of the way.

What do we look for when we hire teachers and staff? It’s simple: passion. If you love helping children, we want you on our team. And when you’re ready to advance in your career, we’ll help you do that, too.

Support to learn and grow

As a management team, we believe in helping our employees reach their goals. We offer paid trainings and stay available for daily check-ins to make sure our teachers and staff are where they want to be.

Time to rest and recharge

We know that giving your all every day is both rewarding and exhausting, so we offer paid holidays and, for full-time staff, a week-long paid winter break between Christmas and New Year’s. We also offer paid planning time for teachers, so you never need to take your work home.

Teamwork, every day

Whether you’re working with another teacher on a project, asking for and getting advice on an issue, or just having fun in a silly costume on a Spirit Day, you’ll always feel like you’re part of a warm, caring, and collaborative team.
